Buckwheat

I have heard on here that buckwheat is good so could someone tell me where to buy it and if it is in the supermarkets what foods would it be found with

tescos do it in the healthfoods section its in 500g bags which I find last quite a while. I think its roasted but cant remember for sure :wink:
