Just had to vent my anger - the wild bunnies who live in the field at the bottom of my orchard have snuck in and eaten virtually all my veg - even the baby leeks! They've never bothered to try and get past all the bunny obstacles before, I guess they must have lots of babies to feed.
So my exercise yesterday was 8 hours gardening including replanting veg and reinforcing all the protection.
I can't get my domestic rabbits to eat much in the way of veg - apart from stuff which is bad for them like carrots & fruit as in bananas and apple. It would do them good to have to eat what there is instead of being such picky eaters.
Send your wild ones over to Oldham we could do with some round here - I've never seen any. To suburban probably
