Bydureon Nausea

I have been taking Bydureon for 5 weeks now. Two weeks ago, I noticed a non-painful rash at the injection site, which was soon followed by acid reflux, gassy burps and nausea.

Since then, most of the symptoms have resolved but the nausea has persisted - for the last two weeks I have been consistently nauseous. I would rate my nausea an 8/10, or a 10/10 when I am in the presence of food. It is awful!

I do want to persist with the medication, as it has already had a positive impact on my health, but how do I cope with the nausea? What can I do to alleviate symptoms? I am not due to see my GP for another 2 weeks thanks to this COVID-19 disaster, and I can't seem to illicit a prompt service from them.

My pharmacist did recommend I take anti-emetics but I don't know if that works effectively when used in conjunction with Bydureon. Does anybody here have experience with anti-emetics when using Bydureon?

Would be interested to know about your experience with nausea and Bydureon and how you managed to deal with it! Hoping it just subsides in a few weeks.
