I'm a type 2 diabetic. What do you think of calisthenics? some say that it may not be a good idea to start doing this kind of exercises because it's very exhausting.
Anybody here practice calisthenics?
I thought strength training and muscle was good for type 2. Can’t see why it’s more exhausting than other form of exercise. I’d say give it a go and see how you respond.
I do calisthenics. It is only weight training without the weights, It works for me, I'm definitely changing shape although the last bit of belly fat is proving to be stubborn. Added muscle gives your body more capacity to consume the sugar in your blood.
