Does anyone know the calories of a regular pizza toppings? Like cheese, tomato sauce, 5-8 slices of peperoni, some ham?

Check out a frozen supermarket pizza - and double it for a restaurant. It might scare you. Asda have a branded pepperoni which is 422 calories for 3 slices. Low carb diet & pizza??

Maybe its not the toppings you should be worried about. Its the carbs in the base.

Many people just have the toppings, but leave the base.

Yeah, thanks for pointing out the obvious, I thought it was very clear why I am asking for the toppings.
