Do you mean Advil? As in Ibuprofen? I don't think diabetes is a concern in itself it will be contra-indications with any other meds you are taking that would cause a concern.
What does it say on the enclosed leaflet? Any indications of contra-indications. We shouldn't really advise people on these forums about meds. Speak to your DSN or GP.
