Apparently juice is good for us and you can get it pure but you have to be careful - check that it contains only inner leaf juice and not the whole of it as it may cause serious problems. I got mine from Fuerteventura when on holiday last December, they have a few plantations, you can buy on line for example from Finca Canaria. Pure juice is also great for healing cuts which may be of benefit to those of us who don't heal well. Good luck
