I have now had 2 full weeks of one a day and can now tell for certain when my bg goes low.
My feet and hands go cold. Normally feet once under 4.5. As I get closer to 4 my hands do as well.
Odd experience to begin with. I'm not particularly hungry, certainly not hunger pangs etc any more. More like missing doing it, giving up smoking would be the closest comparison. Breaking a habit of years.
Thank you @Spl@, Quite some years ago a doctor was looking at hospital patient records of diabetics for some research purposes.
He noted that the patient's temperature dropped around the time their BSLs dropped to hypo levels.
