Stress has the opposite effect and can send my bg sky high in certain circumstances. I think your overestimating your food Rosie and giving yourself too much insulin, do you weight your food out and check the carbs using a book or App?

I weigh everything and use the carbs and cals app and book. I did go out for food today so didn't weight it but I went for an easy option of mash, chicken and gravy and cheesecake and used the carbs and cals app. The rest of my meals I weighed and injected accordingly (or so I thought). I just don't know what to do. Hopefully tomorrow will be better
I tend to forget that my basal could be the problem so thanks. I will do some testing to see if that'll solve the mysteryIf your basal insulin is set too high this can cause hypo's between meals, try doing some basal tests and see if your bg still continues to drop.
