My work is sending me out of the country for a month on short notice. It's a long trip, and I need a sensor to see me through by the time I leave on Wednesday morning
I've tried everything I can think of. I called Abbott and they don't have an expedited service, and I can't find any local source in Sheffield or anything on eBay or Amazon that would work.
Does anyone have a spare they could get to me by first class post or special delivery? I'd of course pay for the sensor, the shipping, and all your trouble.
I should add in all honesty that this isn't life or death. I have blood glucose strips I can use, but I'll be out on fieldwork and it'll be awkward testing there. I've only had my bg under control for about 6 weeks, in large thanks to the sensors, so I feel like travelling without one will be like giving up my security blanket.
