I found this listed on the Novo Nordisk site:

NovoPen® 3 PenMate® 344-9741

The "344-9741" is the PIP code which is used to order items on the NHS. You could present this to your GP/diabetes care team and ask if they can source it for you.

If they cannot get the device which you desire, I'm sure they advise on an alternative.
