It's like 15.7 and I can't sleep. Fidgeting like a donkey :crazy:

hi there I was wondering did you get an answer to ur question as i would have the same problem and twitching uncontrollably as well . thanks R.

I thought I was the only one who twitched when they run too high. Pins and needles too..
Try drinking lots of water? X

Try not to get too hot! Cool floors or even walls help me - get twitchy feet and cramps! Try running cold water on wrists and ankles x

I would be taking a little bit of fast acting insulin at that level.
