Can't sleep...

Hi,

Is anyone awake? I can't sleep for some reason and could do with a chat.

Hi and welcome

I was awake but I tend not to log onto the laptop or phone as that generally makes it worse

Hope you managed to get some sleep eventually

oh no that's not so good, your free to PM if you want a more private chat

I'm not too bad but I have a cold so feeling pretty stuffed up lol

we all have our down times, some more than others (I include myself in the some as I've had a very rough ride since I was diagnosed) but try to stay positive

Coffe lover there are many charities out there that can help you at the down times. People like Samaritans (not just for those that are suicidal), MIND, Saneline. All can be accessed through the Internet.

Dont do this on your own, if you're feeling rough, phone one of them for support.

And you might not be able to PM another member if you are relatively new yourself.

My door is open if you wish to chat, although I'm usually asleep in the early hours of the morning (called sleeping tablets)
