Carb count app

Hi!
Does anyone know if Apple App Store has a carb counting to insulin ratio app? Just about to change over blood monitor and this new one doesn't carb count for me

I find this app excellent lots of photos of different portion size and you can add your own foods and you can save everything in the diary

myfitness pal is free, tells you the carbs you are going to have and do the 1:1 or what the doctor has said for insulin

Do you find it difficult though as most user-inputted data tends to be US-based? Measurements like ounces and cups. I wouildn't know a cup if it was thrown at me...

I use both carbs & cals and myfitnesspal. I've found that most foods in MFP tend to have a grams option
