Carb counting diaries

Does anyone know where I can get a monitoring diary with the space for carb counting recording?
 
No idea but wish I did.

My dsn gave me a sheet to write down bg levels and food you have eaten (put carb amounts under the food) if that would be any use for you?

1 sheet (double sided) is for 7 days worth of breakfasts, lunches, supper and snacks.

Hi. Thx for your reply. I'm known for losing sheets of paper but appreciate your offer. I was hoping one of the large companies would have produced one for us already. If I do eventually find one I will let you know. Many thx

Have you tried to contact the companies directly? Might be worth a shot.

I was needing a pouch to keep my insulin in when it was in my bag and my dr didnt have a clue where to get, I contacted the insulin manufacturers and they replied within 24hrs, only to tell me they didnt make them anymore but at least they had the decency to reply.

Ask your DSN for some DAFNE diary's, they usually have a few spare for people who carb count

Just the carb value, time and bg readings, there's a comments section on the side so I suppose you could use that to write what you've eaten.
