Sainsburys carb content is 1.6g per 100g But morrisons is 6.3g per 100g They look exactly the same and have nothing added in so I can't understand why the values are different - it does not make carb counting easy!! I also checked on the Internet and that value came up even higher. Any ideas why and how I know which value is correct? Thanks Patch13 Sent from the Diabetes Forum App
