@Rrar , if you don't like eggs, a useful alternative in baking is Ogran egg replacer. It's a powder that you mix with water ( no egg content!) then use it just like an egg in a recipe. There's a few others available, but I can't remember the names
Ogran is available on Holland & Barretts, and in some large supermarkets. If you buy online, it's cheaper via Amazon.
I use it in low carb bread replacements and just about anything baked, as I don't like the eggy taste . It's suitable for vegetarians, vegan, coeliac and (!) egg allergies, and has zero carbs
