Hi guys, firstly let me introduce myself. My name is Brian i'm 46 and recently gone onto insulin. I peeked at 100 units a day and then found an artical on carbs. Now i'm down to 72 units a day and still falling. The question is. When I read the carbs on an item, do I read the carbs or of which saturates? Looking at my quaker oats for an example. Per 100 grams, = 60g of carbs of which saturates 1.1g
Thanks in advance

Hi Brian
Saturates refer to fats.
Carbs usually say, x amount of carbs of which sugars is y amount.
