@numan43 sorry it took me so long but I finally got around to looking at the carb calculator and it is not accurate at all. Almost everything has lower carb counts than it should. I eat mainly broccoli and for 100gr it came back as 1.1 gr carbs which is way out, it is actually 4 gr. Fat secret is a good site for getting correct carb values but it is American so you have to remember to minus the fiber from the total carbs.
