Hi there,

Here is Martin who is speaking. May have a question.

Do you know any app (from Apple Store) that could help me counting carbohydrates?

The majority here go with Carbs and Cals, but I do not count carbs as a T2 though.
 
I check the labels and work them out. You should do that and compare them with whatever app you use. I tried a couple of apps and they were not that accurate.

Yes, currently before I eat something I check the labels but I was wondering for an easier way.

I will be trying some app and comparing with label too as u said. Thank u!
