I got the book aswell but the app updates food options all the time and with the app it can also input excersise and targets ect to help lose weightI don't use the app but I do use the book. I find it excellent.
Oh wow , how strange is that that's what I want to start doing reducing my carb intake . And hearing that it has helped your sugar levels makes me want to do it even more . What have you done to reduce the carb intake , and by eating what different foods if you don't mind me asking . Might be able to pinch a few ideas .I started lowering my carb count to between 50-90 g which this app is helping and I'm finding that my sugar levels are better already then they have ever been
