I started a LCHF diet yesterday and at the moment it's a maze to me I have so much to learn not that I am complaining I find it quite exiting. Monday I had 83 carbs and today 85 carbs I am getting that reading from my fitness pal! On both days I had 1 slice of bread at 17 carbs a time but today my sister and I made Oopie bread and we both enjoyed it so that will bring my carb count down so any tips and advice please fire away. how did you handle the hungry feelings for the first 2 days, they should be gone tomorrow.
drink lots of water and a teaspoon of salt a day, you flush salt on low carb and you have cut a lot of processed stuff.

well its day three today and I am feeling pretty good I had a nice breakfast this morning and I used Oopsie bread for the first time this morning instead of bread and it was really nice what would you advise regarding a carb target. Thanks
Carb target depends on your goals, BG reduction, weight reduction etc Best to give more details, current weight, height, FBG. Great to hear that you are into day three and going strong.
