That doesn't really say if they are low carb. You need the carbs per 100g to know that. Also sounds like it might be American labelling if they are mentioning fibre?I don't know about any of their other products but from the packet information the tortillas are 5g carbs and 15g fibre apiece
Check very carefully Carbzone labels, they're know from Sweden on the dietdoctors Swedish site to have wrongly carb amount on the package - the tortillas are 21g carbs per 100g
