i rung diabetes uk for advice and they sent me a book on diabetes type 2 for beginners and i have not put it down for 2 days ,being diagnosed 1 week and can recommend anyone to contact them as they do the same type booklet for type 1 sufferers as well ,lots of questions answered and good advice on all aspects of these conditions and they are free,(donations welcome) so call them and get a really helpfull magazine. the diabetes careline number is 0845 120 2960
