Carelink Medtronic issues...

Hello I am trying to use Medtronic Carelink so I can do an upload buttttt it says this.......

Platform: Windows NT Windows 8/8.1 users: Close any browser launched from the Start screen and open your browser from the desktop.
Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 Desktop, MacOSX 10.8/10.9/10.10
Browser: Chrome 47.0.2526.106 IE 10/11 Desktop (Windows), Safari 6/7/8 (Mac OS), Firefox 24
Applets: supported supported
JavaScript: enabled enabled
SSL: 168-bit key 128 bit key
Resolution: 1366x768 800x600 or greater
Color Depth: 24-bit colors 8-bit colors or greater


Does it not work on Windows 10?????
 
I don't use it but I know diasend will not work on windows 10, I have tried it it in compatabilty mode for windows 7, xp and windows 8 and nothing

Merrr guess I need to ring Medtronic.....I can't be bothered lol!
 
Might be a good idea to call them as they may have a way to get it working

They probably do yes...I'll do it tomorrow, not in no rush as my Consultant can't few them anyway...she's in India ha!
 
Ive just e-mail Diasend customer support so I will see what they have to say

I facebooked medtronic! I managed to use it on work's pc and that's windows 7 hmmm
 
yeah Diasend works on my main pc which still has windows7 installed on it just not on my laptop (windows10)
 
Poxy Windows 10 lol grr! you would have thought that companies would have updated there software's by now!

I have Windows 10 and diasend works just fine with it gaz? (Only upload my contour next usb though as don't have pump yet?)
 
Ha ha yes maybe, if I can get it to work it must be simple lol

Ahhhh makes sense! And yeah it is but you mentioned you have the contour usb????
 
looks like I need a different cable for windows 10 from what i have read on the web

Yeah I do it is the meter before the one you have (guessing you use the link 2.4 that is supplied with Medtronic 640g?) I'm being drawn to this pump myself when I get one that is, lol

Ah yes get the 640g I was on the combo before and I thought the combo was good but my God I love the medtronic and it's pink hahaha! Xx
 
I'm thinking pink too!! Like all the choice there is with this pump and love Lenny the lion, know it's aimed at kids but hay I'm a child at heart

Lenny the Lion??? What is this lol i must go and investigate and if you get the choice for the sets you use then go with the Mio's!!!
