Just trying to find something to bulk out a meal instead of normal rice or spudsIt's just plain cauliflower fluffed / scraped to look like rice - if you like cauliflower it's a good source of nutrient. It probably works out cheaper to buy a whole cauliflower also do the environment a favour by eliminating the packaging

Thats true. I use it to measure my dog,s food out. First weighed it and found a cup it would fit in
French Bulldog. A little ugly monster lol
Lots of cauli recipes on the forum if you search. It's pretty much our staple equivalent of rice, although of course without the carbs of rice we have to balance up with fat.
