Just made Cauliflower Tortillas which several of you have seen no doubt. Albeit they were excellent the messy process of 'wringing out' when initially microwaved needs bringing in to modern times. Was also wondering if one of those waffle makers could be used to crisp and form them. Again to avoid slop on a oven tray .. Other than that, taste was superb... like bread nearly with very low carbs. Thoughts?
