Hello. I have been trying for weeks to get back on here. So pleased it worked today. I want to change my password to something I will remember can anyone tell me how to do it? I'm frighten to touch it might lose it again.
Thanks have done itHi Lillepop, click on your name on the top right hand corner of the diabtes uk page and a window will pop up.
In the left hand column at the bottom - click on password.
Enter your existing password and then enter your new password.

Go into settings then on left hand side you will see passcode it's about 4 lines below General then instructions open up on right hand side of screen the just follow instructionsI have gone into settings, but cannot see Passcode! Is this because I am using an iPad.?
