Cheer me up...please!


Just a thought for you. Before I was diagnosed type 2, I was having lots of pains especially in arms and shoulders. Looking up my symptoms, it was possibly magnesium deficiency. I started a supplement (get Mg citrate or clycinate and avoid oxide.) My pains stopped and I felt better. May be worth a try and if it helps, it may be worth looking into what else you may not be getting enough of. Good luck!
