Just another quick line of thanks for all the information donated within this forum. It's now approximately 7 months since diagnosis. My hba1c has come down from The 120's to Fridays reading of 49. Whilst I don't post often I do read a lot of posts. Still a lot to learn but going in the right direction. I don't always make the right food choices but I win more than I loose.

Good progress and keep going. We all make mistakes but some of us use expressions such as experimenting as it sounds better.
