Cheese

I would say blue cheese differs from the others listed as the "additive" is microbial... the others are abominations of cheese... imho.

That's a shame.
You need to appreciate a counterpoint to the cheese, to bring out the flavour.
Cubes of cheddar on a cocktail stick just wasn't my way of eating it.
(Well it may have been, after a decent bottle of wine of two with it, and obviously still with the ongoing wine)
