Chick peas

Please, does anyone have a tried and tested chick pea dish they're willing to share?

I would like to try out some recipes and thought I would ask here before I search the net elsewhere.

I've had the cauldron falafel and 2 of those are fine for me as the carb with a salad. I'd like to try other dishes now.
