Chicken broccoli bake

I have seen in the 'what have you eaten today' post that several people enjoy chicken broccoli bake.

Can anyone tell me the best way to make something like mini bakes?

Need some ideas for things to gove hubby for lunch at work & something quick for before I head to work at night.

Why don't you just make a large chicken broccoli bake and then put them into individual portions? The plastic tubs you often get from Chinese takeaways, etc would be ideal as you can wash them.

Cause I am a dumbass who never thought about doing that lol. Think I like making life difficult for myself haha
