Hi,
Just wondering if there is anyone else out there that suffers with Chillblaines? I now seem to have another one, I got 1 toe that is almost healed, but another one starting on my big toe. I have been doing every thing I can to keep my feet warm, I wear heat holder socks, slippers instead of bare feet at home. Im really disappointed that Ive got a new one.
I have also noticed lately that sometimes 1 or 2 of my finger tips goes totally white and the only way I can warm it up is to put it in warm water or my mouth.
I have been low carbing since the summer and have lost 3 stone. I did wonder if my loss of some extra fat had made me less insulated, but there is still plenty of fat to lose. I have been looking online and through Dr Google ( ) now think that maybe I have mild Raynauds.
Is this a side effect of low carbing? Is it just because it is so very cold? Is it maybe a complication of Diabetes? Is there anything I can eat or take that will help?
