Has anyone ordered a Chillerz pack online. I ordered one to assist me with keeping my insulin cool in January as I was travelling to Oz and NZ. This was ordered 3 weeks before my travelling date and they said they dispatched in 48 hours. It has still not arrived and it is now the end of March and I have finished travelling so I do not need it any more. I have emailed them and phoned them but all they have informed me (by email) is that it has been dispatched, this was in February when I started my travelling. Any advice as the email order confirmation they sent me has no order no. Thanks
