yes really... all very scientific but where to get them?
I'll tell you what works equally well and is easily available all-year round in supermarkets (although sometimes expensive) is blueberries. Try to google blueberries, there is a wealth of information on this berry all suggesting that it helps promote eye health.
Goji berries are advertised as wolfberries. This upsets the Tibetans as they say that there is a difference and that Tibetan woodberries have more beneficial health properties than goji berries.

Someone mentioned blueberries in this section. I buy the frozen ones from Tesco, which are sold in 350g boxes. You can buy 3 boxes for £5 which is a good deal!
You can get a blueberry bush for an equivalent amount and pot in ericaceous compost, keeping in a sunny spot without allowing it to dry out. Well worth while! 8)
