Went to a chiropractor today , had nerve type pains in my neck , back and
Ok so they cant treat diabetes but the back massage with the machine was good followed by adjustments of the binds ,( cracking my back and cracked my neck )
I dont really felt any different to tell you the truth but feel the nerve pain has gone.
Then he made me stand and grabbed me under the arms and put his knee in my back and bent backwards,yes i am 150 kg but he managed to keep his balance
I heard 3 big cracks in my back as he pushed down
Some people swear by regular spinal adjustments
