Chocolate cake recipe

Combine in a food processor

250g ground almonds
6 eggs
200g creme fraiche
8 Tbs Splenda ( approx what I put in)
85g dark chocolate (melted in a bowl over boiling water first)

Tip into a silicone cake mould and cook at a low heat ( 150 degrees) for an hour

The raw mixture was delicious and the cake looks to be turning out very well.
I'm working on the basis of 15 slices ( I find you don't need mahoosive slices with almond based cakes) at around 180 cals and 3.5g carbs a shot

It is delicious - more like 12 slices I think at 4 and a bit grams carbs a go
Very nice with a few raspberries And a spoon of creme fraiche
