Nor is exercise always "magic" for either blood sugar control or "weight" loss. Even it's often advocated as an "easy answer".


Since several of NeOh's examples include chocolate coated biscuits it need not be the chocolate part which is responsible for any raised blood sugar levels after eating them either.
 
I suggest no to take junk food a lot, you can have little as it is not good for health.
