Cholesterol meter

Spiders, peas and most of all diabetes!
Hi, does anyone use a cholesterol meter? I'm seeing mixed reviews and wondering whether it's worth the investment. I'd be grateful for any advice, thanks x

I bought one when my cholesterol went sky high but haven't used it since. I should hang fire unless you have a specific concern

That's what I thought might happen. It might just gather dust but I'm such a control freak I really want to know if my efforts to lower it are paying off!
