Hiya everyone!
I have just tried the new gingerbread latte at Costa (with soya milk) and I found out that it is sugar free!
Not sure on the carbs but it hasn’t spiked my bloods which is a great sign!
Be careful if you order it though as it comes with cookie crumbs and a gingerbread man!!
P.s it’s hella yummy!
