What was your Chritsmas day breakfast
I had the traditional scrambled egg with smoked salmon...no champagne though... with two slices of HiLo toast and marmite

Hi, I'm having the same as every other morning. Porridge.
Luckily for me it never spikes my BS.

Merry Christmas!

Foxie x

Late start for us, but probably a good eggs/bacon/mushroom/tomato/coffee brunch. I'll save the smoked salmon, avocado and creme fraiche for tomorrow perhaps!

Merry Christmas everyone!

1 x Quality Street
1 x slice toast with scrape of Marmalade
1 x 1/2 cup of tea

Can't wait for dinner..........................chicken, sausage, roast spuds, carrots, peas, broccoli, stuffing and gravy. Notice how I'm being good and leaving out the apple sauce

For breakfast I made a pancake/fish cake with 2 egg, tiny tin salmon, 2 dessert spoon coconut flour, dessert spoon marg 1/2 teasp baking soda bit of curry powder and a slurp of tomato sauce.

Tasty but a bit big for one.

Two eggs scrambled in butter and a glass of Cava.

In my defence (should I feel the need of one, but hey, it's Christmas Day) it was more of a brunch.

I started the day with Bullet Resistant Coffee.

Christmas Meal is due to hit the plates around 16:00.

Enjoy the day!

HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!

Hot water and lemon. A bullet coffee. And then I had organic smoked salmon and scrambled egg. Shared a pot of fresh coffee with Mr T. And also had a glass of champagne.

Enjoy the rest of the day everyone x

1 rasher of smoked bacon, 1 egg scrambled with butter then cooked together and wrapped in a low carb (4g carbs) tortilla.

Usual decaff coffee, bacon, scrambled eggs and pot of benecol drink.
