Perusing the "Carb Shops" we see a plethora of festive hampers filled with carb laden "treats".
As an antidote, we need to design a luxurious low carb treat fest for us!
I'll start:
A side of oak smoked Scottish wild salmon.
Side of Scottish wild Salmon
some hot smoked brown trout
A leg of machair fed lamb
A selection of wild strawberries, blaeberries, & raspberries with double cream.
Some Gigha Cheese
A selection of walnuts & hazelnuts
A bottle of Laphroaig triple Wood whisky.
