Chromium

Wow, so many different thoughts. Thanks to all who posted. Am still unsure although have been taking 200 per day. Not sure if this is contributing to my stomach problem (sounds like it could be). Anyone know if this relates to constant headache????? Once these have finished I think I will stop taking them and see if the situation improves.
