Hello, I wondered if anyone with type 2 had tried this 9 day cleanse programme that seems to be doing the rounds.
Is it suitable for diabetics taking Metformin. It sounds interesting but expensive. Anyone tried it?

I have not heard of it. Why do you need a cleanse? I use my kidneys and liver for that sort of thing. They are free.

Ha ha, it is meant to boost weight loss, clear your skin etc. just wondered what the general consensus is?

Hi my mate sells the aloe the shots contain sugars etc and your not a loud food for 2 days which wouldn't b good for diabetics hope this helps

The rep I know that sells this is also a nurse and she said it is not suitable for me (but I am type 1)
