I have been on an Omnipod/Dexcom combo since December 2023. The difference to my control has been astronomical but I am struggling with the mental strain of managing the pain relating to medical adhesives. Because the patch pump covers a large(ish) area and I have to put on an over patch to keep it safe, my skin is being torn to shreds and it is giving me so much anxiety.
