Coco Pops

My son is 13. We are actively involved with our local diabetes children’s group, who have been marvellous. Thank you.
 
I have 3 weetabix and a tea spoon of stevia sugar and with semi skimmed milk and I stay under 10 as a rule until dinner... No real spike, we're all different lol
