coconut blossom sugar & cambodian palm sugar

hi all,

does anyone has experience with coconut blossom sugar and/or cambodian palm blossom sugar?
does anyone uses these and does anyone knows what is the melting point of these sugars?

They are too high in carbs for me, I am afraid.
 
I agree with Brunneria about high carb levels, but try searching Google for answers to your melting point question.

Coconut blossom sugar is too high for me also but I have experience using it in my past life - it's good for baking as its melt point is low but it takes a long time to burn (flash point)
