Now I have the code I will order them my husband is T2 so won't be lying when it asksIf you use the codes given here, they initially still show at the full price (if I recall), but when you go to the checkout and put the code it, it reduces them. It works for me:

It even works if you select that you don't have diabetes. I hate to say it, but I think you must be doing something not quite right.
I'm guessing you could call them and ask them to make the order and apply the code. They seem very accommodating there.
