Does anyone know of a UK available Coffee Whitener thats suitable for Diabetics and is pleasant?. CoffeeMate was my favourite but that was pre Diagnosis. I am not fond of using MIlk.

I like semi-skimmed with tea, but use cream in my coffee.
Instead of skimmed milk or a synthetic coffee creamer, there's always "Marvel" the dried skimmed stuff.. You can use as much or as little as you like. I find it doesn't dissolve very well, especially if put into a very hot drink. And I loath that boiled milk flavour

Oh God I'd forgotten that stuff! Yes I know what you mean, it's principally the flavour of skimmed that I prefer to the full cream stuff. I love cheese though I don't think Brie would dissolve too well
